Use the latest AI tools to make sure you stay ahead of the curve.
Build positive relationships with clear, friendly communication.
Use tools like Freshdesk, Discord and to keep track of player interactions and ensure smooth communication across channels.
Adhere to company security procedures and escalate perceived breaches to the supervisor.
