  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Craft creative solutions to empower players and dominate the competition.

  • Use the latest AI tools to make sure you stay ahead of the curve.

  • Build positive relationships with clear, friendly communication.

  • Use tools like Freshdesk, Discord and to keep track of player interactions and ensure smooth communication across channels.

  • Adhere to company security procedures and escalate perceived breaches to the supervisor.

  • You're a passionate gamer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have top-notch communication skills (written & verbal).

  • You're a problem-solving pro who finds solutions that make players happy.

  • You're a team player who enjoys a positive and supportive environment.

  • You have a general understanding of, and enjoy, mobile MMO strategy games.

  • You are passionate about AI/LLMs and eager to learn and research these tools to stay current with the trends.
